Returns, Shipping, and FAQs


Return & Exchange Policy:

Accessories, Bodysuits, Footwear, & Sale Merchandise – All of these items are FINAL SALE. 

Regular Price Merchandise – Refund or exchange is strictly permitted within 14 days. Merchandise cannot be worn, damaged, altered or washed and must have original tags. Merchandise will be inspected, and you will be notified once the exchange has been processed. Refer below to the instructions on how to make a return or exchange.

Online Return or Exchange:

Follow these instructions if you would like to make an online return or exchange:

  • Email us at or with the following information: your complete contact information, order number, items being returned or exchanged, and indicate new size or item you would like to exchange for. 
  • Place your items being returned in a secure package, with a copy of the invoice and Return Authorization number.
  • You will receive the mailing address upon request. Since we don't have a storefront just yet, we will instruct you as to where to send your return package.
  • Return shipping will be at your expense, shipping must be insured and you must provide us with tracking info (We are not responsible for any return packages that are lost or stolen while in transit).
  • Refund or exchange is strictly permitted within 14 days from the date you receive your order.
  • If it is determined that we will be refunding the purchase, your refund will be processed via your method of payment upon our receipt and full inspection of the returned product.




Orders are shipped via Canada Post, rates will be specified at check out based on your shipping address.  There will be free shipping on all orders over $100 within Canada. Currently, we are only offering this free shipping promotion for Canadian destinations. Any orders that will be shipped to the United States may experience longer shipping times and delays. All orders shipping to the United States will be subject to duties and/or taxes that will be fully payable by the customer upon receipt of goods.

Processing Times:

All orders will be processed within 1 - 2 business days, Monday through Friday, excluding holidays. Please check on product descriptions for any exceptions.


Orders can be tracked by visiting and entering your tracking number, which may be found in the shipping confirmation email we sent you.

Local Delivery:

If you are within a 12km radius of our fulfillment centre, you will have the option of local delivery! Local delivery is free, and your order will be brought to your doorstep (or as close as we can get) by one of our owners. 

Sold-out Item:

Multiple customers may order an exact item simultaneously and the system will process the orders as first come first serve. Therefore, items ordered may become out of stock after the transaction was processed and customers will be refunded. 



We accept Visa, MasterCard, American Express and PayPal. All payments are processed through a secure checkout system.

All charges will be in Canadian dollars. LC Apparel Co. is not responsible for foreign currency fees that your credit card company may charge. On all International orders, we cannot guarantee if there will be any additional taxes or duties that you may be charged in addition to what’s charged at time of checkout.
